Average Per-Claim Rate: $7.50*
This rate includes the initial electronic claim submission and any resulting electronic secondary claims.
We operate on a minimum volume of 100 claims per month, making our services ideal for practices of all sizes.
Our base monthly retainer is $750, which covers your first 100 claims.

We create a custom proposal for every client to ensure you only pay for what you need. Your final per-claim rate may be adjusted based on a few key factors:
Practice Specialty: Some specialties require more complex coding and follow-up, which can influence the rate.
Claim Volume: We are happy to offer volume-based discounts. Practices with a higher number of monthly claims may qualify for a lower per-claim rate.
Scope of Services: Your rate will be tailored to the specific services you require, whether it's full-cycle RCM or specific a la carte services.
Payer Mix & Location: Regional complexities and the mix of insurance payers can also be a factor in customizing your final price.
You will notice we do not offer percentage-based billing contracts, where a billing company takes a percentage of the revenue they collect. There is a critical reason for this: in most states, charging a percentage of collections is considered fee-splitting, an illegal and non-compliant practice.
Our commitment to a flat-rate or hourly model ensures our partnership is always ethical, transparent, and fully compliant with healthcare regulations. This protects your practice and aligns our goals with yours: clean, efficient claim submission.
For practices that need assistance with specific tasks rather than full-cycle billing, we offer the following services at an hourly rate (160-hour minimum work purchase per category).
